Receiving of official roll out 4.4 Kitkat after flashing Stock ROM by User

I want to know that will i receive the official android firmware update from SONY as i had flashed my device with Global Generic 4.3 Stock ROM??

Kindly tell that what precautions during flashing I should take so that it will remain unlocked?? I use Sony Flashtool from Androxyde for flashing my device.

You means to say that I will receive official update from SONY regarding Android 4.4 Kitkat.

If yes, then please tell me that will I be able to make the SUS/PCC detect my phone for repairing??

Yes,when sony approves 4.4 for Z or ZL or ZR(you did not say which one do you have),you should be able to get the updates.And also to perform a repair with SUS or PCC.
