Radio not working in my Xperia ZR

The radio in my phone is not working. It ddoes no. catch any signal anywhere. I have Updated the software also but in vain. Please help

Hi, if repairing software didn't help, it could be a hardware issue. Suggest sending phone to your local service centre for evaluation.

Before reported some issues like broken antenna, Try Repair with SUS, if not success better take your device to Sony Service Centre...

It's pretty simple, just follow on-screen instructions. Don't forget to backup your phone data.

Thanks to you guys, via SUS my phone updated to android 4.2. But the problem with the radio is still there. Is it a hardware issue ??

Seems like it, suggest you send phone to your local service centre for evaluation.
