Problems making phone calls after update

I'm having problems when making phone calls, my phone was fine until I installed the update. Incoming calls work fine but when I try to call someone, the screen goes black and wont light up again until the call is finished or I switch off the phone. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you

Re-install the update

Remove extra screen protector and try.

Do NOT remove the ASF (Anti-Shatter Film) as this will void the screen's warranty, also the Sony logo will be gone.

I mean extra screen protector fixed by you and not original ny sony.
