Phone doesn't restart screen is black

I got a txt message and when I pressed the power button to unlock the phone the screen went all black and I can't restart the phone. I press and hold the off button for minutes but it just won't wich off. I've tryed removing the sim card, charging the phone and connecting to my pc but it doesn't work. What do I do? I bought the phone 3 weeks ago!

Connect to wall socket,charge for 1 hour,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

would this also be the solution in the following case?

I connected a magnetic adapter to the phone for loading.

It went off and now I am not able to start it.

No chance. The phone stays dead.

You could try sony update service to repair the software.
