Opening photos in album

Hey guys,

I have a question about opening photos in album...

Photos taken with Z1 camera are great, but there is a great difference when I try to open a photo in album from full list of photos (just clicking on one), or swiping photos from one to another (like slideshow)..

The problem is that when I open album and just click on one photo to see, Z1 almost instantly focuses that photo when I open it or zoom in...

But when I swipe from one photo to another, or chose Slideshow, it takes about 5-7 seconds for every photo when i zoom in to get clear image..

So its kinda annoying when I am showing my great Z1 photos Slightly_smiling_Face to someone by swiping them one by one, to have to wait 7 secs just to zoom in or show the details Z1 camera gets..

So has anyone else noticed that?

Ty

X-Reality engine does that.

It have to process the whole image, which takes a while of it is a 20Mpx one Winking_Face

Turn off the X-Reality (options->display) and the photos will load in heartbeat.

And the same thing happens when I swipe photos from normal orientation or landscape...

In vertical focus is fast, but in landscape it takes time to get the clear photo..

Ye it is much faster..Thank you Slightly_smiling_Face

But still, the X-Reality engine does do a good job, only quite slower...

It is slow only with really huge images, but let's face it, even full size PC does it in some seconds Winking_Face Think of it this way - Z1 is sometimes even faster than some PCs/laptops Winking_Face
