No update for Xperia Z C6603 in India ?

No update yet to 4.2 JB, still remains in 4.1.2 JB. I find build 10.1.1.A.1.253 as a latest version when I try updating my Sony Xperia Z C6603 (purchased in India) using Sony PC Companion Software Update and also with Sony Update Service. Even with Update Center on my phone.

10.3.1.A.2.67 is released for ZL,ZR in India but not for Z.

you purchased a LTE version of Z in India?? why?

Heads UP ., I purchased Sony Z (C6603) In June 2013 , still i didnt received the 4.2.2 Update ., i asked the authoraised service center in Bangalore , they said to go to the Sony Service center to update., again People of sony Service center said please check with Authoraised service center. 

Its been long time 4.2 2 Released in Market , why sony didnt rolled out the 4.2.2 for C6603 , is C6603 having any issues wtith update. ?
