No Smart Social Camera Apps

Hi,

I updated my Xperia ZL (C6502) to Android 4.3. Sony had promise to give Social Camera feature with this update. But despite of updating to 4.3 I could not find Timeshift burst and Info - Eye app anywhere, not even on Sony Select. Please help me to get this apps. Thanks in advance

No, its not installing. When I try to install it normally it shows the error message "X App not installed."

Yeah, I have to read on xda, but I must confuse, I want that app, but I dont want to root my phone, and I wanna ask you something, are cwm make phone rooted?

Yes mikorasol, if you want to install CWM you will have to root your phone. But its advisable to not to root your phone as it may void your warranty.

Let us hope that Sony itself publish these apps on Sony Select.

Yeah I dont want that happen, I wish like that, or these apps will come in new update android kitkat? Haha it must be so long

I think apps will be published soon before Android 4.4 rollout. Hope for the best.

rooting your phone does not void your warranty but unlocking bootloader does void your warranty, also CWM cannot be installed if you rooted your phone since it requires bootloader unlock or it wont work.

Hello, I have an Xperia ZR C5502 and I updated it to 4.3.
Could somebody please tell how to change the resolution while in smart auto mode?
Also, the Sony Select app is always giving me no connection even though everything else is work perfectly.

Smart Audo mode has highest possible resolution of 9 megapixels in 4.3. You can't increase it any further.

Sony select is working fine for me now. Earlier it had some glitches, but it is working now.

Sony Select is not working for any of us.How come its working only for you.

Dont say things that actually dont work. What kind of glitches did you face , was that after 4.3 update ?
