Do you have any task killers,phone optimizers?Boot your phone in safe mode and see if this occurs also:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

I actually noticed that it stopped happening when I put it in safe mode. Now I have to find out which app installed that's doing this.
