Hi I am recently having trouble with my xperia Z. I left my phone charging during the night. when it is fully charged the screen will turn on and it stays that way until you press the power button to turn the screen off... Is there any suggestion of what might have caused the problem and how to fix it?
Thanks for the assistance.
Tim

once the phone reach 100% the screen will turn on, now how long have you set the time out to 30s, 1min, 2mins? 10mins? never turn off? do you have any other lock screen apps?

well, i will mark yours as correct answer anyway since your answer is somehow related XD
basically it is just my silliness:
i am a developer (java related job, learning android programming), and owned a xperia TX, i had the developer option to keep my screen on while plugged in to the usb or charging. Then i moved on to the XZ, somehow when i transfer preference that option may get transferred too (or i've switched it on myself on the XZ :S) then after i upgraded it to 4.2.2 the developer option is hidden so i never checked. anyway I guess the problem should be fixed by now. (not sure yet since it is still charging)
Thanks for the help... and sorry my stupidity caused some of your time.

lol, don't worry about it, you do know how to show developers options/settings right?
settings > about phone > tap few times on build number
