Hmm, I did a backup with "app Backup & Restore"...
Unfortunately, I haven't got the smartband yet 😞
thank you for helping especially because you do not even have the smartband !
I am waiting for Sony people to reply but nothing for the moment ... I dont understand why all of these has to be so chaotic
Yes. Z1 Compact firmware updated. You can use PC Companion or Sony Bridge
Anyway, I'm solved. I has factory reset as PC Companion. And then Lifelog installed by google android restore.
I think firmware is not involved current situation. Format is always answer.

Hi there,
now comes a very stupid question - will the lifeblog app also work on non-Sony smartphones?
I was just trying the apk on my Samsung S4 (with 4.3.2) and i get a parsing error. That is fine with me because Android 4.4 is required.
My Samsung Note 3 however already has 4.4, and i can't install it.
So will it work? There is absolutly no information if i need a Sony smartphone, it just says a smartphone with Android 4.4.
If i need a Sony smartphone, then i will just cancel my pre-order.
Thanks.
hello
looks like it is going to work, not what do Sony mean by "optimised for"
my smartband however optimized for my z1c makes my phone become a toaster draining the battery
solution is to let lifelog run all day long, and turn off nfc and sync one or two times per day
all the data is saved,
so my best guess will be to try it .. if I can get a s4 or note 3 I will test and let you know
Well. I'm using 24-hour that always run Bluetooth & NFC. My Z1 Compact is cool.
Maybe you have another problem.
