Is there way to set thicker font for Clock widget (including Home and Unlock screens) ?

As I understand, not by default.

Check on Google Play store if you can find any clock widgets that may suit your needs.

found exactly same looking widget as the factory one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.digitalclockwidget2&hl=en

And it lets to choose bold font. This is enough for me.
