The last version is 14.1.G.2.257, but my Z1 (RU) 14.1.G.1.534 is telling me, that there're no updates. Both by wifi and by cable.
What am I doing wrong?

Just wait for sometime until it's released for your phone.
Software rollout is a gradual process and not all Xperia Z1 will get the latest software at the same time.
