Device memory full in xperia z2

is anybody else haveing trouble with internal memory???

i reset my phone and when it uploaded the memory was almost full again with apps installed directly on the phone. i cant download anything. i find it very annoying as cant use the phone how id like. any solutions?

I'm having the same problem. It went on for ages so I factory reset which seemed to work but now it's happening again. It says my 16gb is totally full but when I add up the different storage categories it equals less than 9gb. I have hardly any apps and they're all trusted official apps. I think this is planned obsolescence at work..I won't be buying another Sony phone again.

Oh...btw a normal reset fixes the nag message and shows correct storage but not for long! It's just a scam to get us buying a new phone ffs

 I am soooooo stressed by this device memory full message when all I have as a 3Rd party app is Facebook. I can't download anything on this phone. PLEASE SONY FREE UP OUR PHONES

Use Xperia Companion (repair). it works for me and it update my xperia z2 OS to 6.
