I turn on the phone, it starts to load, the Sony screen saver, then the second screen saver, the waves on the screen and that's it !!!!! Can still write the launch of the android, the app is optimized! And it continues to start up, it turns off as the battery sits down, it may take half a day to start, but it will not turn on!

Hi @Lexus01, sorry to hear about this and thank you clearing up what kind of behaviour you are experiencing.

I have translated your post again to English as this is an International forum. Feel free to use a translation service if needed.

Have you tried removing the SIM and SD card(s) from the device and see if you are able to boot it up without these cards inserted? If you have already done that, or it doesn't help, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will reinstall the latest available software in the device.

Keep in mind that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted and since the device doesn't start-up all the way, a backup using our program is not possible.

Let us know how it goes! Slightly_smiling_Face

Dear Jonas!

my phone turned off spontaneously, although the battery was half charged. I recently have no updates to xperia xz1.

Can I somehow check my smartphone for viruses and spyware?

Please help 🥺

Hi @ST20, sorry to hear that.

Was this a one time thing or has it continued to turn itself off even the battery percentage is high?

Viruses and spyware is extremely rare in smartphones, but you can of course download applications from the Google Play store to scan your device, but in most cases it's something else that is the cause of these kind of behaviours.

The cause can be an application acting up, defect SD card or SIM card, the battery starting to get old, or something with the software.

If it has only occurred once, you shouldn't be to worried, but if it continues to power off randomly, do you need to charge it to be able to power it on again, or does it start up on it's own again after it has powered off?

Keep me posted! Slightly_smiling_Face
