Charging dock doesn't charge...

I just bought an Xperia Z1 C6903, and there was a charging dock in the box, but it doesn't seem to work?

I can charge the phone using a USB cable, but if I connect the charging dock to the same USB port and put the phone properly in the charging dock, the phone is NOT charged....?

Hi,

Are you connecting the charging dock to a USB-port on your PC? If yes, this will not work. You need to connect the charging dock to a wall socket to be able to charge your unit.
