Changing FM Radio stations using inbuilt earphones

Could you please throw some light on how to change the radio stations (browse favorites) using the earphones provided?

Basically, I use it while driving and cannot be switching on the screen every single time to change the channels.

For the next station, press the headset button twice.

For the previous station, press the headset button thrice.

Same with the Walkman app.

You have to be quite fast.

Is this all models of Xperia support changing favorite radio stations with earphones? Actually I'm interesting with Sony Xperia Tipo
