Battery maintenance.

I'd like to know how to take good care of the battery. Should I drain it fully before rechaging or it's better to put it on a dock whenever I can (even around 80%)?

You are not going to damage your battery if you keep your Xperia Z on a dock while on your desk, this website should give you some info
