Album dublicate Pictures

Every Photo I shoot is dublicate in the Album app.
In Details I see that they are the Same File, but twice listet.

Try settings-apps-all-album,force stop and clear data.Restart your device.

It tried this. But the result is the same.

But my analysis shows:

one image is stored in /storage/emulated/0/DCIM/100ANDRO/DSC_7509.JPG

the other is stored in: /storage/emulated/legacy/DCIM/100ANDRO/DSC_7509.JPG

The same!

I watched at my Xperia Tablet Z. There are also these two folders with the same content: 0 and legacy.

But there the album works fine.
