After update to android 4.3 when i open camera settings its restarting all time

I have try fix with Sony Companion and SUS, Factory Reset, but doesnt help.

You repaired via sony update service and still not working?Have you tried removing the sd card and trying camera?

Hey thanks for trying help me, yes i repaired via sony updated service and i removed the sd card, so now its like i just touch the icon camera and its restart. But i observed that when phone is charging doesnt do this, i can open camera and make a pictures and go to the settings and its seems everything ok. Just when i disconnect from charger its start restarting.
