Xperia xz premium slow motion in full hd

I trying to use and caprturing slow motion videos on my xz premium, i've notice that its very blurred..

I dont why!!! Its blurry.

May I know and ask if there is correct setting.

Did you mean the super slow motion mode? It's only available in 720p, and you'll get much better results in daylight conditions. Low light videos might appear granulated.

Aside from being granuled, it is very zoom in.

I assume it appears to be zoomed in because it doesn't use the whole sensor for those videos. the phone has got a 19 MPx sensor, while 720p video resolution equals about 0.9 MPx, so only a small part of the sensor is being used.

I used it only once and as I saw the ugly quality I quickly frgot about this feature. In grainy 720p it just looks like the quality of rmvb or "rus cam". Apart from perfect perfect and outdoor conditions during the day you can forget about this feature, my fiends only smiled saying "how pathetic" when they saw it. So it only looks good on adverts. They shoud bring this feature when it is in a stage where it makes sense. Unfortunately we are testers here of a prototype which is in early stage (pre alpha) hence poor results... 

Tok bad they forgot what is most important in smartphone camera (quality of pictures) and in this area we only received this abnormal distortion.

The worse is we cannot count on any softwarebupdates to improve the quality (due to general sony policy to forget about such sftware updates or major bug fixes, only security patches from google, nothing from sony)

What pre-alpha prototype are you talking about?

Hi Quester, I mean half baked slow mode. It works, but how it works is totally different story, described above. Hence prototype for me.

Kindly make sure to use the accurate technical words for things around here. It's not a pre-alpha nor a prototype as you stated, it's a finalized commercial product regardless of any flaws it has.

You can get really impressive footage with the 960 fps camera but it's extremly difficult to time right if it's something too dynamic - stuff like wells, waterfalls etc.  work very well. (anything continous is quite easy)
