Word and Power point do not opening on may Sony Xperia XZ

For some reason, as of late, I cannot open Word or r PowerPoint on my phone.

I have tried clearing the caches. I've tried uninstall and reinstall. Nothing has worked. The splash screen displays for one or two second and then the program crashes.

OneDrive works fine.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Yep...I have exactly the same problem.

Because these are third party applications I recommend you contact the application developers for support as Sony Mobile has no control over their development. I apologise for the inconvenience.

I have almost same problem. Since my phone software was updated, I couldn't load Ms excel. Please help.

Yes, this is a third party application, but that does not mean that you can not help us. Befor last update of Sony software two or three month ago evrything was ok.

Hello, yes. Nothing for office actually works,  except one drive,

since the last update. I am waiting for a solution, since Cleary if it worked before this is due not to office itself but to android. Regard

Well, I am having the same trouble since weeks now. 

anybody a solution? I was in the BETA-programm before, then I left, but it did not help...!
