My touchscreen is unresponsive in certain appications, specifically Whatsapp. the typing bar does not actviate the keyboard. Certain other random buttons do not respond. But the same area oof the screen responds in most other applications.
I have done the diagnostic, it fails vertically but passes when the screen is rotated. The problem is the same in safe mode. I also did a factory reset but same problem.
Please help?
