Do not disturb will only turn off manually.

Hi

Had my Sony Xperia XZ premium for just over a week now and absolutely loving it.

I only have one problem with it that's driving me crazy.

The do not disturb mode is not working properly. I have set my rules, times and dates and whilst it turns on everyday automatically it will not turn off, unless I manually do it.

I have tried it in safe mode and also completely reset the phone but it's not working.

Please see the screenshots of my settings, I don't think I am missing anything.

Is anyone else having this problem? IMG_20170717_110921.jpgIMG_20170717_110926.jpg

looks like you're right. I just tried setting up a DND rule for couple minutes and it indeed didn't switch off automatically when it was supposed to.

so this is interesting... according to this page:

http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaxzpremiumdualsim/userguide/icons-in-the-status-bar/

The DO NOT DISTURB icon should appear on the right side of the status bar, replacing the "Vibrate" icon when activated. But for some reason, my xperia XZ Premium shows it on the lft side as a notification... this is a bit annoying as when I do turn the DO NOT DISTURB mode on, then lock the screen, I have no notifications to indicate that my phone is in that mode... In other words, it looks like the phone is set to regular mode.

Is that a sony issue?
