Thanks. How to disable? If I reboot the phone it will start automatically.

@Sathyakumar Setting>Apps>select the app you want and choose DISABLE. Not all apps have the option available but AVG sure has because I have Disabled it. When restart phone will not enable by themselves, only if you Repair (reinstall OS).

RoadRunny is right, just disable them all. You can also reboot the phone and the cache generated by such apps will be removed.

How can I delete the apps that came with the phone and which I have no use for?

Not all preinstalled apps can't be uninstalled, on a side note, a side from Google's nexus devices, Sony Xperias have the less bloatware than others.

There's a way around this if you root the phone.

This phones space available is an absolute joke out of the box with the latest update. Sony made this phone and seems to have done so little in terms of quality control. Th is phone is riddled with problems and to make matters worse, little to no customer support to fix all the issues.

7. Built in space is so little. An absolute joke. I have less than 8gb available to me on a 16gb phone. What a POS.

You were aware of how much internal storage was available when you bought it.

-Any- bloatware is unacceptable.  What's new, AVG, AR.  All of these aps need to get off my phone.  After reciving this phone as a replacement for my lost LG phone, I wouldn't reccomend it at all.  No where did it mention that my phone would be hijacked by third party aps.

I would really appreciate them giving me my phone's storage back.  If they're done trying to sell me things on my phone that is.

LG and other brands have more bloatware than Sony, unless you get a Nexus device or you flash a custom ROM, you will get bloatware, also, preloaded apps vary by region/country, and even carrier network's preloaded apps.
