Whole day my phone show repeatedly process system isn't responding,also I done all those suggestions nothing is change after reset and restart.

I updated it recently but this problem till not solve in updates why?

Give me new update about It .

The first thing I would suggest in this situation is to reboot your phone in safe mode in order to see if you receive the same error message there. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily disabled while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see whether this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app in your phone. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here

If the same error message appears while in safe mode, I suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first. 

Try this and let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same frustrating issue that many users are facing! It's inly been one and half months since I bought this phone. Please share with us the way to bring the phone in safe mode when the pop up error message is completely blocking the Restart/Shut down menu. Thanks

Hi @Shant999,

If the Restart/Shut off-menu is blocked by an error message there is another way to reboot your phone into safe mode, namely by using the hardware keys on your phone.

In order to do this, Turn off your phone, either by using the Restart/Shut off-menu or by performing a force shutdown (press and hold the power key and the volume up-key simultaniously until the phone shuts off).  Wait a few seconds and then turn in on again. Now during the boot process press and hold the volume down-key until the phone has booted completely.

@Martin: Thanks a lot for the support. I did find out about the process you mentioned above 3 hours before I received your message. It worked. Isn't there a permanent solution to this system error? It's high time Sony addressed this issue! So many users are shying away from buying Sony mobiles just because of such issues. I used Huawei for 4 solid years and never did I get such issues! I was about to buy Xiaomi mi A2 Lite but at the last moment decided to go with Sony (Xperia XA1 Plus G3 416). I wish I had known about this system error before. Please help correst this error permanently through an update or something. Please...

In this day and age of social media, if a group of people facing the same issue come together and start openly complaining about it and make it viral things will really go out of hand for Sony. Loosing hard earned customers is not a good option for any company (Sony included). We'd like to see this problem rectified ASAP. Thank you.

I am glad to hear that you managed to enter safe mode in the end. As i mentioned earlier in the thread, safe mode is a troubleshooting method intended to detect whether an unexpected behaviour is caused by a downloaded app or not.

So the thing that is interesting here is whether the error message in question also appeared in safe mode or not.

LMAO sony staff is so shameless this problem is a common problem in xperia xa1 plus  we all suffer from this and there is no solution and sony refuses to fix it, you can check this forum Just backwards a few pages there are tons of problems for this issue, and shameless sony even keep selling this faulty phone model still, and more shamelessly sony staff behaving like they dont even know this problem, i suggest everyone dont buy sony product ever they are not maintaining it

Hola compre el Sony xa1 plus en octubre de 2018 y sigo con el mismo problema del primer día. Me quejé en movistar que es donde lo compre y me dijeron que es un problema común con todos los Sony. Siempre use Sony y es la primera vez que me pasa. Y no encuentro solución alguna. Ya me cansé de bloquear la pantalla para que responda y poner cerrar aplicación.
