Are you able to clarify if you are referring to a Xperia XA Dual SIM or just a normal Xperia XA single SIM?
If you are using a Xperia XA Dual when you went on a new contract did you get new SIM cards as that would generally mean the old SIM cards are now deactivated.
Let me know.
That's likely the case maybe give the network a call and activate them directly unless you can do it some other way.
