Apps are not responding

System crashes on all level of the Sony Xperia xa f3113. system UI not responding, audio setting not responding, making a call doesn't rings sometimes I need help!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Xperia XA.

I'd recommend that you try and reboot your phone to safe mode to see if the behavior may be related to one of your downloaded apps as these are temporarily disabled in this mode.

If there is no change to how the phones behaves in safe mode I would recommend that you can try to software repair using Xperia Companion.
