I’m having problems with my x700 player. Whilst watching Deadpool 2 today it has frozen and eventually switched itself off 4 times during the movie, and I’m having to go back through the loading process and chapter search to carry on viewing. This is the 2nd movie it has happened with. Looking online, it seems to be an issue with the X800 and X700 but Sony haven’t addressed the problem. Can anyone help.
