WC -CH500 Headphones. (Connectivity Issue)

I‘ve got a pair of WH-CH500 headphones but I can’t connect them to my iPhone. They appear on my Bluetooth but when I try to connect it always says can’t connect. Any advice on how to resolve this appreciated.
