How can I find out if the Sony dsx s300btx (car stereo) will fit into my car before I purchase it?

Hi Msmith9382,

I've always tended to locate a local car stereo specialist shop - mainly because these guys usually know not only the stereo unit concerned, but also have a wide knowledge of different cars through carrying out lots of installations.  I've used them myself over the years and have sometimes been surprised that even with cars with units that look like they're not meant to be replaced, that some kind of adapter kit is available!
