XM4 headphones purchased April 2024. Headphones charged to about 100% on a timer - not left on charge for hours. Phone app indicates headphones charged to 100%. discharge to almost zero overnight. Have other users experienced this severe degradation in battery performance? What is the best way to get this fixed?
