E usando o Vaio Recovery Center?

Podes sempre experimentar isto:

• Vai ao menu iniciar -> procura por "run" -> escreve "services.msc" e carrega no enter
• Vais ver uma lista de serviços, procura por uma chamada Vaio Event Service e faz duplo clique nele para activá-lo
