VGN-NS30E/S Upgrade to win 7 drivers

Hello, I've installed and updated almost everything on my VGN-NS30E/S but two devices

base system device (From what I've read this is the card reader)

Unknown (The only device I haven't installed is the Webcam)

Could anyone help me find thiese.. I'm using Win 7 thanks

I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM AND FOUND A LINK TO A DOWNLOAD qe15flashdriver.exe DOWNLOADED IT & UPDATED MY DRIVERS AND IT WORKED
