I'm sorry that this isn't really a technical support question but I didn't know where else to ask.
I just heard about the release of the new Z Series Vaio laptops and I want to get one. The problem is, you can pre-order it in the US but it isn't even listed on the Sony Style website in the UK but the other 3 ranges that were announced at the same time are. I'm just wondering if anyone here knows if it will be available in the UK at all?
Also, I've been reading reports that BluRay and the solid state hard drive options are only available in the US, has anyone ever heard of some hardware options being available in some places but not others?
Lastly, the US SonyStyle website has a "customise" option for computers which allows you to add on things like more RAM or a bigger hard drive etc... I know this can't be done on the UK website so if I want to add to a laptop, how does one do it in the UK (I don't feel confident doing it myself)?
I'm going to the US in August and I don't really want to buy it there but if it's the only option...
