Vaio Update Not Working

I just did a full restore yesterday. Click on the vaio update in the bottom right and the webpage that appears is

Network Error (gateway_error)


An error occurred attempting to communicate with an HTTP or SOCKS gateway.
The gateway may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Is this an issue my end?

I get the same message so it is not at your end.

I presume the Vaio Update Server is unavailable temporarily.

Vaio-Update appears to OK now, are you still having problems HamsterHam.?
