VAIO Content Exporter Blocking Picasa Exports?

Hi All!

Wonder if anyone could help me out..
I use Picasa for work and usually export my altered pics to my desk top. However, i have started getting 'VAIO Content Exporter' appearing when i try to export my pics out of Picasa.

I didnt activate it- so i dont know how to get rid of it?!

Any help would be fab!
