My wife has a Vaio VGN-FE31H laptop which is suffering a bit from slow start up speed, various annoying error messages etc etc. I have a much earlier (but still very reliable) PCG-Z1SP laptop which is also suffering from slow start ups etc.
Some time ago I read on this Forum that the 'TuneUp' software was highly recommended for improving the performance of computers suffering from the problems I have mentioned above.
My question is, can you still recommend this software and is it easy and safe to use? Also, are there good instructions to prevent the 'amateur user' from causing problems to installed software?
