SZ4MN/B - Overheating and Service Manual

Hi,
My SZ4MN/B Has been overheating and gradually getting hotter and noisier. The laptop is out of warranty. If anybody has had the same issue and resolved it, I would appreciate your advice. I would also appreciate it if anyone could please give me a copy of the service manual, if possible, so that if I have to replace any parts myself, I will be able to do so.

You may want to download PC Wizard 2008 and post the temperatures shown here and someone will tell you if you are overheating.
