Hi everyone, this is my first post as i am really frustrated by this graphics problem. I play counter-strike which is supposed to have really low graphics requirements. My current specs are:
: 2 gb RAM
: 160 gb HDD
: Intel GMA X3100 graphics upto 384 mb memory
: Intel pentium dual core processor T2390 enhanced intel speedstep technology 1.86ghz
: 15.4 WXGA (1280x800) X-Black LCD
I used to a have a dell laptop 512 mb memory, 128 mb SHARED graphics card, 80 gb hdd and it gave me 100 fps in game and with this laptop i am getting maximum 30-40 fps.
So thats the basic thing i dont understand with system specs much much higher than before, why do i still such bad fps? Tried to register sony vaio support but it doesn't let me (said sony support will contact me).
ANY help with graphics will be highly appreciated and someone from sony please try and solve the support problem.
are you using the same settings as before? Check if anti-aliasing is on and try to disable it. Which operating system are you using?
