Replacing hard drive on VGN-Z11VN

Hello,

Anyone got a service manual for this laptop, or step-by-step instructions for gaining access so I can swap my hard drive?

I've got a faster RPM drive with larger cache that I would like to do a clean install on.... Eventually I will fit an SSD drive when they are more affordable.

I'm technically very good, but the lack of a drive "panel" or "caddy" as you normally fine on most laptops kind of threw me

Hello

I believe upgrading the hard drive is very difficult on this series,

I am still in search of instruction on how to upgrade to a Blu-Ray drive

I undertand it is a difficult process and is almost certain to void the warranty.
