Problems and questions

Hello people i'm new arround here and i bought a VAIO VGN-FW11M in December i'm very happy with the comouter but i formated it and now i can't use the S1 and AV/MODE keys

Anyone knows how to put the keys working again? I'm runing Windows Vista.

Other thing is one of my friends bought a VAIO long ago, and he received a Movie in BluRay(Spiderman 3), and i registered my VAIO and i didn't get movies yet am i going to receive any or the offer over?

And it's all i hope anyone can help me
