On my Sony Vaio VGN-CR21S I have a problem with the VCCU. If I log in as an Administrator-level user it works fine, but if my daughter (who does not have Admin user rights( logs in it very briefly (i.e. for about a second) shows the window with the camera capturing your face, but then an error displays and the utility will not function. If I change her permissions to Admin level it works fine. Is there any way I can get this to work for her without changing her user permission level to Admin?
