Hi, my laptop screen froze a few days ago and I powered the system off. On restarting the Vaio logo comes up and then the screen goes complete black with an underscore flashing in the top left hand corner, soon after it displays Operating System Not Found. Can someone please shed some light on what's going on? I went to the Sony store where the laptop was purchased and they basically waved me away and told me to register online and talk to them.
Very disillusioned person!! Please help
