my vaio hang everytime i use it!!

hi could any one please help me,i have my vaio VGN AR51J for half a year now and everytime i use it for an hour it hang so i have to remove the battery

Why do you have to remove your battery.?

Are you running your Vaio on AC power or battery.?

Do you receive an error message when your Vaio freezes.?
