I bought my laptop today after originally haven a CR series. I accidentaly let my laptop switch off when it was downloading windows updates, so then had to restore to factory setting. After i done this it went through the setup again and restarted itself, after restarting itself i got past the light blue windows welcome screen then i just got a blank screen. Can anybody help?
