Mains charger VGP-AC19V28 broken

Hi there.

Basically the issue is that I bought a Sony Vaio VGN-NR38E about a week ago and already the charger isn't working. The green light on the charger itself is not lighting up and it is not charging the laptop.

Any ideas on what I should do?

I suggest you either take your Vaio and/or charger back to the retailer..

i had the same problem kept blowing the fuse in the adapter plug brought it back to the store they gave me one to replace it and told me to contact sony must be a problem with them i am awaiting a reply from sony
