I NEED SOME HELP!!!!

I got a VAIO VGN FW 11M with vista home premium system preinstaled.I got a ATI RADEON MOBILITY HD 3470.Every time i try to open ATI CATALYST CONTROL CENTER it comes along a BLUE SCREEN BACKGROUND on my desktop image.it is realy anoying.Any help would be most wellcome!THANK 'S A LOT!!!!also i got an error like that:Problem signature

What video driver version are you using?

Have you installed the updated Graphics Driver Graphics Driver (ATI) - 8.513.1.4000 from here?: -
