I just bought a sony vaio fw21m and I am wondering if I can transfer memory from my RAM memory to my video card memory. When I go to display settings->adapter settings, it says that the TOTAL AVAILABLE GRAPH. MEMORY is 1519 MB and that only 256 is DEDICATED. Does that mean I can transfer the memory from total available memory to dedicated?

Welcome Yatsumoto.
I believe it means that the GPU can "borrow" ram from your system up to that amount. It is not possible to transfer it. It will use it anyway, if it is free.
