Hi,
just received the docking station VGP-UPR1 for my VGN-FW11E.
It keeps saying it cannot find the drivers.
Tried reinstalling several times, tried installing manually by directoing the search to the cd and also to my hard disk, downloaded drivers from the vaio-link website. Nothing is working.
I am no computer expert and I desperately need help. Do not know what else to try.
THe support help line is only open during working hours. Amazing that I should need to take a day off from work to be able to talk to the support line. Such service.
Also in this forum I could not find a search function so I could see whether others had that problem and how they solved it.
I'd really appreciate some help.
