The type of my vaio Iis vgn-tz31xn/b
I am not able to create recovery disks via the VAIO Recovery Centre
The tools does not recognise disks (i.e. DVD+R and DVD+R DL)
With other programmes I am able to read or burn disks. It's only the recovery tools that seems to have a problem.
What is the solution to this problem?
